The course consists of 3 total-body workouts per week, exercising all of your major muscle groups in a speedy 25-minute session – so it's easy to fit into even the busiest schedules.
Everyone who signs up will receive their very own Good Vibes Drop a Dress Size Bible, containing great tips on how to change your diet and supporting cardio workout ideas to help you stay inspired. The bible also contains info on how and where to measure yourself, you’ll get a measuring tape on sign up - and a diary section where you can keep track of your measurements and record your food intake over the duration of the course.
The course also entitles you to book in with a trainer at an off-peak time to discuss your progress and if that isn't enough motivation, a few of the Good Vibes gals over all four of the Good Vibes studios will be starting the course on the 7th January 2008, you can read their progress on the website - and feedback with your comments.
