The course is devised to get your fitness regime kick-started for the holiday season. It consists of 3 sessions a week of hard-core exercises that will really challenge your body over the course of 6 weeks. Each session lasts just 25 minutes, you don’t need a shower so it’s perfect to fit into busy schedules.

The sessions are devoted to whole body workouts but with emphasis on those areas that you want to show off like arms, legs, bums and waists. The sessions also include massages to smooth away cellulite, the course will also include lots of dynamic movements.

You will need to sign up in advance and commit to 3 sessions a week on days and times to suit you. It’s a sure way to blast your body ready for the beach. The benefits to you are:

We also recommend that you have a cardio regime going on, this could be as simple as fast walking for an hour everyday.

Bikini Bootcamp classes cannot be rescheduled , so if you miss one you won’t achieve the full benefits. But of course you won’t be skipping any classes as this is about committing yourself to 6 weeks of working your body into a new toned and gorgeous you!
